If you choose not to insure or obtain tracking with your purchase, we are not responsible for any items that may be lost in transit. If we do not receive an item which you have returned to us, we ask that you contact the relevant courier or postal service to find out more about the delivery and to make any lost claims complaints. We are at no time responsible for items you may have returned to us that are not received.
